I believe that a thread should be left open even if it's a troll thread.

This is totse after all, we are allowed to say whatever we want, provided it doesn't break any of the rules. And trolling doesn't break any of the rules.

So, if what you said is true, then yes, I believe rabbitweed shouldn't have closed that thread.

In 2001 mizled and silver lights had a fucking like 30 page long flame war that stayed open and it was fucking epic. Zok was the shit. In all fairness, I admit there might be inconsistencies in my modding for a little while, just while I get a feel for it. We are experiencing turbulance, please return to your seats with your tray tables in the upright position.

Normally you'll get a "WHAT SORT OF FUCKING CRACKHOUSE YOU RUNNING HERE BOY??!!!" email from me. The other mods tend to be kinder..politer..more diplomatic *spits to ward off evil eye and bad mojo*

The thing about S&A is that the mods are all very different people, with extremely differing views and modding styles. Wires will close threads that I'd leave open, Psycho will post in threads that I'd nuke in a heartbeat.

And yet, unlike some of the other forums, we work well as a team and all rub along fine (that just sounds so wrong). On other forums differing approaches to modding cause confusion but somehow here it doesn't.

Maybe our posters are more mature? (and no i haven't started drinking again).

You guys need to remember rabbit is new and needs to learn the ropes properly. It's all well and good being on the other side and judging what you'd close and what you'd leave open/move, but once you're a mod you must think about it carefully. As Jack says, all the S&A mods are different people, and I would give rabbit some time to settle in before you start jumping down his throat, kthx.

I've been a mod myself in a place i shall not speak of, in my experience modship is a burden, not a gift... if u use it properly, with i cannot deny a few small upsides
