Got 20 Percocets (5 mg oxycodone/325 mg paracematol) from the dentist. I have no tolerance at all to them (tried vicodin once, never any other painkillers). How should I make this awesome?

Are you going to be knocked out when they pull them?

Either way its a bad idea though. I'm not sure what they use, but anesthesia can be risky by itself. You will be plenty enough sedated without the ambian. I sure as hell wouldn't risk it.

I heard nitrous also has some effect on GABA, so mixing with zolpidem might leave you a little more unconscious than they intended.

If they are just putting you on nitrous, then it would probably be fine to take the ambien, but if your goin all the way out, your gonna want to wake back up... I wouldn't take them. Also, I wouldn't get my wisdom teeth out with just nitrous, trust me you want to be put under, not semi conscious.

1) Don't take the zolpidem
2) The nitrous will wear off afterwards once the procedure is over. You won't be mixing nitrous w/ anything. You won't feel "high". You'll feel "out of it". They said not to drive home. I did. It was fine.
3) Nitrous and novacaine is adequate. Don't be a bitch.

Also, a "few" vicodin won't do jack shit. Take advil for the swelling. Then do a CWE on all the vicodin. IIRC, my buddy got 16 5mg vicodin. That's enough to get high twice, or once

felt awesome but had to pass out, i don't think i've ever been that knocked out except when mixing benzos and alcohol but it's not like i remember those times anyway.

My god, is this what is really becoming of the younger generation? How do you have a fucking clue what type of generic hydrocodone mix your pharmacy is going to be giving you? And how the hell do you consider 5/500 vics 'good' or 'bad'? If anything 5mg hydrocodones are at the bottom of the spectrum, the lowest dose you can possibly get. Do 7.5's count as good? Or do you just need the 10's to fully qualify as 'good'?

As far as the initial question is concerned, just go get the shit over with and don't bother popping anything. I've done nitrous with Opes and didn't find it to be any kind of a big deal..not that it matters considering the only effects the nitrous will be having on you once you get your Vic script filled is just a weird 'numb' feeling.

Also, has the dentist already told you that's what you're getting?
The reason I ask is because some dentists think T3's are just fine for people after getting their wisdom's removed. As a matter of fact, they are. Unless of course you're just a pussy.

If it comes to that I'd recommend waiting a day or so and call them back. Tell them that the T3's aren't really helping that much. There's a chance they'll see right through you and refuse you anything stronger but also a chance he'll pony up something "worth a fuck". At least to you anyways.

Hydrocodone is actually quite strong. It is a partial prodrug of hydromorphone. it is about equal mg for mg to morphine.

also the lowest dose you can get is 2.5 i believe.

The enzyme CYP2D6 is responsible for demethylation of hydrocodone -> hydromorphone . and it can only handle so much. About 10%.

Assuming a parenteral route of administration, 1mg of HM != 10mg Morphine.

The younger generation is retarded my friend. I personally consider myself to have a good knowledge of drugs, and I like to know what I'm taking and how much it will take to kill me, and side effects and such. None of my friends know....anything about any drugs. It's so sad how kids will pop and snort pills they don't even know. OK, time to clear some things up, especially seen as how I got the wisdom teeth out 6 hours ago. I was pretty high last night when I claimed I was getting "357s". I meant to say they were the ones with 357 written on them (5mg hydrocodone/500 acetaminophin).

But I got something better... I got Percocets. I got no tolerance to this, and these are 5 mg oxycodone with 325 of something else (paracematol I think). I just popped 2 of these, the pain is gone and I feel really sluggish.
