G jumps
I regularly take ghb or (juice) in liquid form.. and some times use it to get myself to sleep.. seems everytime i fall asleep before i fall asleeep properly im almost asleep and have this feeling that im falling and suddenly wake up like from a bad dream.. then i fall asleep properly.. i also get twitches all the time and if i here something fall i jump out of my skin.. is this normal for regular ghb users? does anyone else experience this.. i use many other drugs as well.. mainly ice, ketamine, the occasional e, and some times sleepers maybe these have an effect

Re: G jumps
The first thing you listed about falling is a normal part of falling asleep. I forgot what it was called.

It is called a hypnic or myoclonic jerk. Completely normal just usually not noticed. it is probably where the term "falling asleep" came from.

I've always fucking wondered if that's normal, that shit happens to me like 3 times before i fall asleep each night. Does anyone else ever wake up and not be able to move for like 2 seconds? It feels exactly like your paralyzed for a moment, what the fuck causes that?

Re: G jumps
Yeah that happened to me a lot on G; usually as it is wearing off. I think it's caused by the dopamine rebound, and can be quite bad after long binges.

That is called sleep paralysis. The is also somewhat normal but is usually only experienced a few times in ones life.

That happened to me for about half an hour once. It was absolute hell, especially since i was lying so I couldn't breathe very well.

Re: G jumps
Your thread is ruined.
I miss my sleep paralysis. I have never hallucinated so heavily in my life... scariest thing ever!!! but it is sad to hear that it might only happen a handful of times in my life :(
It was really interesting.
