I did some salvia a couple weeks ago in my bong and whenever I take a hit from it(with weed) all i can taste is the salvia. Will it go away eventually or do I need to get some bong cleaner?

It's all in your head, unless there's somehow vast amounts of salvia residue in your bowl.

clean the male piece.

clean it with some rubbing alcohol, if it still persists then its probably in your head.

OP, definitely clean the bong. I cleaned my whole bong after I did Salvia because the nasty-ass taste was not only in the male piece, but the entire thing.

I disagree. It smells minty almost, I'd ACTUALLY use it for incense before I'd use something that smelled like weed.

I kind of agree with you. I love the smell and taste and effects of salvia. Only thing I disagree on is that I like the smell of weed 'cause of the smell not 'cause I associate it with getting high. I liked the smell before I ever smoked it.

while a thread like this is here, i mite as well ask a slightly relevant question. Can anyone accurately describe the smell of salvia for me? does it leave a smell in a room/on your clothes? is it a strong, disinct smell? ive never tried it, but ive been wanting to for months. thanks

it smells kinda exotic, almost fruity, if i recall correctly, but its been about four months since ive last smoked salvia so my memory of it is most likely distorted.

it "reeks" much less than cigarettes, and less than weed. obviously it will leave a bit of a smell but it will smell good and less like combusted material like youre used to and because you smoke less salvia at a time than weed or tobacco, you are less likely to be caught smoking salvia.
