ouch, first broken bone. it's not complex but it still hurts. they gave me 30 t3's day of. doing alright with the pain. i won't abuse (anymore) of them until i'm fine. i have an appt with my doctor next week, what are the chances i'll get more? should i bitch about pain or will he see through that?

Or you could say that the codeine isnt working since it really doesnt in some people such as myself and that you need somthing else and hope that works.

T3's are actually not horrible for minor pains.

ive taken them for minor pulled muscles and things like that and it was pretty effective. it also has less side effects obviously because its weaker so its better for minor pain than stronger opiates which will have side effects that outweigh the pain relief.

I bitched that my oxys werent working so they gave me dillys...but i broke my pelvice in 4 places,2 ribs,collerbone,bruised lung,and lacerated spleen...so you might not get something as potent.

I didn't get shit for my broken ankle. Infact, the night of, I was sent home with a temp splint and a single ibuprofen. The next morning I was taken to surgery where I had screws put in & hooked up to an IV, but that's as far as drugs go that's all I got.

Should also mention that I was talking shit to a nurse that pissed me off...She got butthurt and complained to the doctor. So I don't know.

That's some bullshit, I got better shit for wisdom teeth.

Your age matters alot here. If you're under 20 you'll have a hard time getting anything better. If you're under 18 it'll be even harder.

Then again, if you're doctor is the kind of guy who would give you just T3s for a broken ankle, hes probably not gonna give you much more.

t3's is what they gave me in the er before i left. i have to see my doc next week. im thinking chances are slim since its a minor crack and they already gave me 30. i'm 18<x<20 for the record. also i think it helps if your doc doesn't think you're a druggy
