Question: How long can you keep amounts of weed say,11 ounces, in plastic bags, before it begins to mold?

Any of you have expirience with this?:p

Ziplock bags work real good.
Keep it in the freezer. I have some 2 year old bud that still does the trick!
but i hardly ever smoke weed so i have a low tolerance.

Keep it in an air tight container in the freezer. Otherwise it will last for afew good weeks, if not longer. The longer you keep it the more potency it will loose. Theres a specific forum for these questions, by the way. Have a look around before you make threads.

Buy yeah, freeze it. I don't know if it'll go moldy, it's more likely to dry out and go stale.

i have like a half pound of some really old weed, like 9 months.

it was cheap anyway, but now it's really soft, and smells like dirt it can still get you high, but it's a bitch trying to sell it.

Anything air-tight will preserve it for a long time. Air is your enemy.

store the weed in your asscrack. it'll keep forever, plus the sweat will make it 100x more potent.

Has anyone her ever had to deal with mouldy weed??? It smells like amnion and chorion. It's one godawful smell! I had some really low grade stuff that hadn't been well cured and it went badly mouldy! makes me shiver just thinking about it now! But an airthight container and the freezer would work...

If you're planning on keeping it for a while don't buy wet weed. Buy weed that's bone dry, you can keep that shit almost forever.

Moving to BLTC.

freezer will last longer, but it will degrade at a faster rate once removed from the freezer. Id probably go with fridge, cuz thatll do the trick and it wont degrade as fast as keeping it in a freezer.

put in a vacume seal ziploc bag and put that in the freezer
