Yeah i just got a full bottle of this stuff from my brother in law. I was feeling really sick and he just had it laying around.


So im trying to figure out how much i should take but the bottle has no information as to the amount of drugs in each dose.

The bottle reads

"promethazine-codeine syrup hit
Take 1-2 teaspoonfuls 4 times a day as needed"

I already did a good half hour of googling and found nothing. I was wondering if someone with more experience with this stuff can help me figure it out.

I try not to mess around with drugs i don't know unless i know the appropriate dosage and all that.

I already took one tablespoon and feel nothing and i know i need some more to get me on the level. But i dont know how much more.

Promethazine is an antihistamine. So I am sure you will be ok at a high dose.

For optimum enjoyment of the codiene acpect of the mix i say drink about two good sips bro. Too much and the pro will have you feelin out of it. but yeah its good stuff

you should take 4 or 5 table spoons for max enjoyments (if you have that much) or just chug the whole bottle;)

You guys are all noobs. Sip anywhere from 1-8 oz if you want to feel anything. you wont feel shit unless you drink 2 oz or more.

Its a cough suppressor. Take a Quadruple dose for a good effect, no coughing and you feel good.

Depends on how high you want to be, your not going to overdose if you accidentally, or intentionally, drank the whole thing, though that much promethazine probably won't feel good.

Anyways, take 8 teaspoons (the total amount you'd get from the recommended 2 teaspoons 4 times a day). Doctor's and pharmacists try to be careful with how they word the instructions because people misread them all the time, so you should be safe with 8.

If it was me, I'd drink a fourth of the bottle and see how I felt.

buy a 20 oz sprite an pour it in a styrophome cup. Pour 4oz of your syrup into it and throw in a few grape jolly ranchers. purple drank ftw
