Here in the southeast $50/80mg oc is very normal, but sometime you can find them for $40.

Traevin words of advice:
1) Until you learn the market stick to smaller amounts like grams or half-eighths at the most
2) Invest in a scale, always weigh what you get, if it's short say something
3) Ask around with several different people who smoke about what price you should be paying (if you know anyone who smokes)
4) Be very weary of dealing with people you don't know, if you don't know them you can't trust them
5) If you know them you can't trust them either, even if you think they are friends you can't trust them(with a few exceptions), there are people in the drug game that will pretend to be your friend all the while fucking you hard right in the ass the whole time until you notice

Being a smoker always helps. My advice would be to look at pictures of dried buds online to get an idea. Usually good weed has a nice strong smell, with a nice colour and a bunch of crystals. Bad weed often has an unappetizing colour to it, it may smell like 'hay', and maybe have a lot of shake or stems in it.

It can be hard to tell without a trained eye though.

In my opinion an $80oz is gonna blow unless its just a hookup. Something that runs $140-$200 should be alright, no complaints. $200-$240 is usually the most you'll pay around here for an oz. and $180 is about average for good bud. I live in Canada though so pricing may be different for you wherever you are.

I have seen 10 mg methadone go for 5$ and 4$ if you are buying a larger quantity.

Well my assumption was close enough. As an opiate addict would value and opiate type drug than a non opiate drug.

i would kill to pay 50 a pop, fuck Seattle. although we do have incredibly plentiful, cheap, and potent tar which would make up for it if i didn't greatly prefer that slightly speedy euphoria you can only get off oc

When you've been on opiates as long as I have, that warm, fuzzy, sleepy, drifty, happy feeling that one associates with OP has long since been replaced with the same sort of sensation as popping a couple of aspirins. Tolerance sucks!

Convert to cash, (optionally) subtract a little of the opiates for rarity.
