I got a bunch of 4mg hydromorphone pills but have never done hm. I've done hydrocodone and oxycodone. 30-50mg of either get me where i wanna be.

How much HM is good for very small tolerance to opes. (insufflated)

If you're gonna snort em start with 4mg, that should get you going ok with no tolerance.

Be careful, hydromorphone is basically morphone x7. With a low tolerance you can go overboard pretty easy. Ive been takin em every 4 hours for a month and 8mg by mouth still makes me feel...ok, 12mg for more of a buzz. Just to give you an idea of their stength.

If you decide to go over that at least space it out a bit. Taking alot of the stuff in one sitting will most likely give you some trouble breathing.

Watch out tho, they can be pretty addicting if you abuse em for a while.

Would being able to rail 24 mgs of HM and not get that high mean i have high tolerance? Because personally i don't think so.

Little out of it so dunno if I even read that right. Personally I always thought I had a bit of immunity to it. First time I ever got it was IV'd and I felt...different for about 3 min then it wore off.

1mg hydromorphone = 8mg oxycodone
