Okay, this happens to all of us guys at least once. We date a naturally bitchy girl, which turns into an unhealthy relationship. The relationship falls apart, and usually ends in a big messy explosion. From that point on the guy and the girl hate eachother, and that's that. You hope to never see one another ever again. But what happens when it is inevitable that you see eachother again? Perhaps you two are in the same grade (if still in school), or in the same classes, or you work together.

My situation is this: Two years ago (I was in 10th grade), I dated one of these naturally bitchy girls. After the huge messy explosion part I broke a bunch of stuff, was depressed for a week, and then I felt excellent, like the leech that was feeding off my happiness was finally gone. Thankfully, it was summer, so I never had to see bitch-girl until school started again, and then hopefully it would only be the awkward encounter in the hallways.

Fast forward to now. I have a new girlfriend, who is amazing and everything I could want. Completely not bitchy. However, one of my good friends has decided bitch-girl is hot, and is now dating her, despite my warnings. Even more unfortunately, me, my girlfriend, my buddy who is dating bitch girl, and bitch girl all sit at the same lunch table now. It's my senior year, and every day at lunch I have to deal with the extreme bitchiness that is my ex. Thankfully, my girlfriend is there most of the time and I am able to tune bitch-girl out. However, some days, bitch girl goes out of her way to make me angry. I don't know why she does this. She has no reason to, but since we dated, she knows my soft spots and she knows how to piss me off like no one else can. When she is in a bad mood (which is a lot) and doesn't want to take it out on my buddy, she tries it on me.

Most of the time I can just ignore it and laugh, but sometimes, especially when I'm already having a bad day, it just makes me want to kill her. Today was a good day, thankfully, and she went on one of her Slice directed rants and I kind of just laughed at her and started to bitch her out until my friend told us to stop before it got out of hand. I'm pretty sure she only did this because my girlfriend wasn't at the table today. It was actually quite funny, since she failed epically in making me mad and just got more angry.

Oh, and on top of this, sometime she puts my friend in bad moods which gets really annoying, because he used to be really chill before he started dating her.

Anyway Totse, how do I deal with her in a civil manner? Has anyone else had to repeatedly deal with a super bitchy ex? How should I deal with this so I don't crack one day and cunt-punt her across the cafeteria?

Any advice on how to get my friend and her to break up is also appreciated, but probably will not be helpful (Other friends and I have tried already. She really is THAT annoying)

As for your friend, he has to make his own decisions; there's nothing you can do for him. Don't try to get him to break up with her because that will just make him resent you instead of her.

Sit away from her. Tell your mate that she annoys the fuck out of you and even though you're still his friend, you'd rather not go anywhere near her.

As for her pissing your mate off...Fuck him. You warned him about her did you not? Then it's his own damn fault. Let him get on with it his own way and be there when it all goes tits-up.

Ugh. Yeah I know I should sit somewhere else and that's what I will do if this gets worse which is likely. Unfortunately, the way things worked out with lunch scheduling, the table I sit at right now is where most of my friends are, so If I move, it would just be me and my girlfriend and perhaps a few people that she knows.

It's nice when bitch-girl just keeps her mouth shut and I can talk with my girlfriend and my friends. My friend that's dating her already had to apologize multiple times and admitted that she's embarrassing. When she goes on her little rants he kind of just shoves food in his mouth and turns away and rolls his eyes.

This seriously is getting to be a pain in the ass. I can never chill with him now without him bringing her up in a negative way, or she is there and gets so annoying that I just leave. I have no logical explanation as to why he is still dating her. I don't even think she is putting out...
