^ "footballs" can be anywhere from .25 mgs - 2 mgs, i think Pfizer makes/made a 2 mg one. the most common ones though (IME) are the blue ones, which are 1 mg.
anyway for a first time dose, id take 2-3 mgs, even a little kid could handle that, all thats gonna happen is you might fall asleep.
