Well first off, i have a bit of experience with adderall, done it around 8 times spaces out over a year, a recent one resulting from a misinformed decision to take 300mg of wellbutrin and 140mg of adderall that ended up in a night of dry puking, heart missing beats, not feeling any part of me, and thinking i was going to die. Well on with it..

Yesterday i woke up, ate some toast and eggs, took a 200mg caffeine pill, 150mg wellbutrin, and 40mg of adderall. (Yes i know I'm killing my precious little heart). Then i took a daily vitamin. Off to school. Throughout the day i felt happy, wanted to work, wrote a 3 page essay in 30 minutes, etc, etc. Lots of euphoria and well being. The crash at the end of the day was pretty bad so i just went to sleep.

Today, woke up, bacon and eggs, 200mg caffeine, 150mg wellbutrin, 50mg adderall. No daily vitamin. Went to school, during first hour i was constantly waiting for the euphoria and need to talk to people to kick in, but it never did. I just sat there and meticulously took down notes. The whole day i didn't feel one positive or negative emotions, just pure concentration.

I highly doubt it has to do with the vitamin... and i doubt my tolerance could go up that fast. So thoughts?

Don't have much advice but I know what you mean. It could be tolerance related tho.

I took 120mg of XR one night. Crashed bad the next afternoon...I mean BAD. I took a 20mg the next morning just to pick me up and felt similar. Concentrated, but utterly emotionless.

Thats how I always feel on adderall because im ADHD. It sucks balls and I stopped taking any prescription uppers after 8th grade.

take breaks in between days of using. e.g 1 day on 2 days off.

You probably temporarily burned out your dopamine receptors and all that BS man.

Its just because you did it twice in such close proximity, like everyone else has said. Try waiting a day or two...

Why does every drug have a downside?

Thats just the way drugs/life is.

For me after the few first times I never got the euphoria again, even after long beaks.

this is the reason I am not so in love with adderall.

i remember doing 40 mg and being great at school all day, assertive, getting shit done, talking to everyone, never allowing an awkward moment, finishing tests first and doing damn good, feeling good vibes in my legs and shit, basically finding school fun..

this was about a week, then i had a weekend of weed smoking and the next week i took 40 the first day.. barely anything. i was in cold sweats, tired, hungry, and i zoned out during this essay.

80 mg the next day, and i felt a lessened effect of what i got off 40 the first time i did it.

getting down to the last of the pills i had gotten for free, i snorted 40/popped 20 the next day, nothing special.. tired of the gross drip, tired of addy. fuck it. fun for the first bit.

EVERYTHING has a downside if you put too much of it in your body. Everything. If you're too dumb to do drugs in moderation you're dumb enough to suffer the consequences.

If that's your mindset about using stimulants, I seriously hope for your sake you never come across a connection for meth.

Seriously, with any kind of frequent consumption of amphetamines like you're talking about, a day or two off here and there does fucking wonders. Even with 40-50 mg of Adderall, which really isn't shit, it doesn't take long at all for daily use to render that kind of dose irrelevant as far as recreational effects are concerned. It'll still have therapeutic benefit (though I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me on that) but don't expect to get "high" from it.

Just try taking a day or two off from it sometime; you'll be amazed how much good that little amount of time will do you. If that really is "not an option" as you said, then at the very least start chowing down on L-Tyrosine and 5-HTP in the amounts of 2,000 mg and 100 mg a day, respectively.
