possible fake blue oc 80 (from pharmasist)
i got my prescription filled today and i took a whole 80 and i feel nothing. ive heard of the fake oc's going around but i got this from the pharmacy. so my question to you guys is...are the pharmacys dumping out the fake ocs too or what?
i.e. i have a LOW tollerance 40-60 mgs has me nodding the fuck out. and i havnt done opiates in a week or so.

Brand OC80s are green...so are the Tevas...the Impax are Brownish...
I dunno what the fuck kind of 80 you got, buddy, but it wasn't OC...

I dont see how a pharmacy could be giving out fake pills. the pharmacist would notice if suddenly the oc's that were always green are now blue. what does it say on the side of the bottle? all the ones i get have a description of the pill so you can tell if what is in the bottle matches the label.
I bet it just gelled up in your nose and either is dripping so slow you wont feel it or it hasnt dripped enough yet and it will hit you soon.

That doesnt mean shit.
It's actually quite a good scam in theory if you think about it; Owner of a small pharmacy has connections to a supplier who sells him bunk oxys for a fraction of the price that real OC costs him. People like you go in there to fill your scripts and he gives you the fakes. Whatever the fakes cost him is slim compared to the cost of the real ones. He bills you and your insurance company for the price of the real deal and pockets the rest of the money. And as for the patient, well he thinks hes getting the real shit so in his mind everything is all fine and dandy; the placebo effect comes into play. Not fullproof, but definatley plausible.

Thousands of people die every year because pharmacies fuck up and put the wrong pills in their bottles.
My friend was prescribed OC and vicodin for post surgical pain. She didnt know until i saw her pills, but the docs had put hydrocodone in both bottles.
However, when you're delaing with scheduled drugs, once you've left the pharmacy nothing you say will get them to give you more. Unless maybe if they're a small pharmacy, or if you insist that they do a pill count/threaten to sue.
Use the internet to ID your pill first.
