What is the most tylenol anyone here has ever consumed in a 24 hour period and not had to go to the hospital?

Not many Tylenol but I've taken around 24 Ibuprofen's without needing to be hospitalized.

12-13 grams is nuts. I wouldn't take more than 5g in 24h.

i think 6500 mg over the course of several hours is the most i've done.

I have to say I feel a little more comfortable now. I've taken 9.5 grams over the past 24 hours as of 2 hours ago and didn't realize the mistake I had made until it was too late. CWE from now on, regardless the amount I take.

You're not supposed to go over 4g... Why not just do a cold water extraction, instead of being a moron.

i think i tried a half assed cwe the second time , but i had no electricity at the time and was fairly lazy/desperate to get fucked up.

I've done my research, it was just a stupid mistake. I already know not to exceed 4 grams a day, and 10 grams in one dose can be fatal. The point of the thread was to prove to myself and others, that people HAVE exceeded 4 grams in one day and lived to tell about it. So i'm gonna get back to smokin some of this hydro and see if I get jaundice. Most APAP ever consumed for me: 9.5 grams over 24 hours.

On topic; about 7g I think. It was perhaps 6.5 or 6, I forget the exact total because it was a year or 2 back.

The sad part is it's not like oh I took to much apap and now the next day Im sick. no no far from it. it leaves the enzymes in your liver to do the damage and you feel fine the next day. but next week you start getting sick with eyes and skin yellowing and by then its too late. So if you did indeed take too much feeling better now isn't the point. Your liver blood levels are the point and thats a risk that can take a while to set in even from one overusage if you have have a compromised system the damage could be already done and you'd never know it.

I'm actually a case of too much APAP and little harm. Strange to realize it because I'm always so careful and thorough with drugs, I tend to avoid danger, but becoming a junky really fucks your priorities eh?

For about a year I would consume percocet frequently, along with other shit randomly, but I was staying under like 3-4g in general, however I was using them a lot. As I became a real junky the percs were just occasional desperation candy or lifesavers. Multiple times then I took 4,5,6g in a day... with drinking sometimes. Not ALL the time, mind you, not even frequently. In this past year where I've been slowly getting better but relapsed a couple times, I have taken as much as 8-9.5g in a 24 hour period. Doses above 6-7g have only happened three or four times I believe.

Funnily enough, this last week my 'liver levels' as determined by blood test were much better than the ones I had 9 months ago. 9 months ago they were shady and some readouts made the doctors think I may have Hep C, so please believe that banging on your liver is a bad idea. The liver is good at recovering though.

Anecdotally, a few dumbasses I know have surpassed 10g in a day. One ate a whole bottle of 30 hydrocodone @ 500mg APAP a piece in one day. Lucky for him, he was fine. Another has described to me how he was constantly taking pills, leading me to believe he possibly even hit 20g, and may have 'lethal dosed' multiple times. Yes, he is stupid enough for me to believe him.

Really though, don't be an idiot and avoid APAP.

In 24 hours? Probably about 4 grams. Not everyone does drugs like an idiot.
