 valium dosage
what's a good dose for valium? I got about 20 2mg tablets, is there any difference in strength from swallowing/sublingual/snorting?
I'm 130lbs btw :o

Look at a benzodiazepine equivalency table, like this (googled) http://www.benzo.org.uk/bzequiv.htm
You weigh as much as I do, and for recreation, I would take 15-20 mg (I don't really know, I don't have much benzo experience..) A normal dose would be 10mg.
You can use this table to relate dosages to another benzo you've taken before, if you have taken any before. I referenced lorazepam and alprazolam.
edit: oral bioavailability is very high (97% by http://www.springerlink.com/content/jv1784mm715rg556/) and absorption begins within 12 minutes (same src)

It's not like valium's that fun anyway, use it to chill you out if you're doing better drugs, or for comedowns/hangovers...
At best you'll get some quite o-k euphoria from doing all of it, and probably be fucked and just not remember much. Take 10mg for a hangover or comedown to take the edge off, or same with speed or something.

Took them all... nice feeling.
Would definitely do it again once in awhile, pretty relaxing and opens you up to talk to people. Side effect a sorta tiredness but easily combated with caffeine and smokes :]
