Brown powder is all you're going to find in the southeast (where i'm at) unless its coming from the west. I went to NM early this year and encountered tar for the first time in my life. I prefer snorting the brown.

I went to a concert a little while ago and a junkie actually shared a little piece of his heroin with me... naturally I shared my drugs too and found the synergy between heroin and mephedrone to be pretty good.
The heroin was a sort of a light brown colour, like chocolate milk... it might not be bad heroin, just don't shoot it unless you want a skid mark on your heart valves.
