Anyway, go get a Nurofen Plus 24pack, and eat it all (Though, 12 would get you feeling it). You'll eat a lot of IBP but nothing harmful, and I don't think the pill splitting works anymore.

Considering you have no tolerance to opiates, try around the 120Mg mark. That should be enough, if you're not feeling too much then don't go popping more pills because you wont feel anything extra on top of the high. Just wait until next time and just up the dosage by 30Mg each time, that's how I started out 180Mg is my optimum amount considering I have quite a low tolerance. Some would say that's a decent dosage, but I've got a pretty high tolerance to most drugs

200mgs, a few glasses of cheap red wine and many many bong hits produces a very nice way to spend the day.

yeah, you could used to split the pills in half a few years ago and get the 12.8mg of codeine from each tablet, but now you have to take the whole tablet, be careful, because too-much ibuprofen can really irritate the stomach.
