I took a 25mg capsule of 2ci I recieved from a pretty trustworthy source. I consumed it at about 6pm. At around 7:30pm I got some texture enhancment I think, placebo probably. At about 9pm, still nothing. I soon fell asleep and reawoke now, at 1am with no effects.

So im really pissed off right now, I hadnt eaten since 11am-12pm so I doubt it was my stomach being too full. I actually never even got stomach discomfort or anything. So did I get played, or is my body a fail-taboliser?

Was it definitely placebo, or just weak visuals? It might have been cut. I doubt it's a metabolism problem. It most likely was either cut or you got ripped.

Either way, when I have a full stomach I usually will snort a drug. Most RCs burn a bit but it goes away eventually, and it obviously will kick in faster than it would if you ate it (on a full stomach, anyway.)

But yeah, 2c-i gives you a helluva lot more than texture enhancement, but I'm sure you probably knew that.

It could've been cut, the last batch I bought of this guy (which my dad found before I could try), the substance didn't leave any residue inside the gel cap, but the stuff I ate, left a chalky residue around it when I moved it.

Another reason the cut is likely, I did seem to get a little stimulated (possibly anxiousness), and mood lift (trying a new drug!). These things I hear referred to as "alerts", but everything was so subtle it was almost non-existant.

Sounds like you got completely ripped. A lot of RC dealers around here will sell smaller doses to prevent people from snorting too much and being stupid. I was thinking maybe you just got a small dose, but even on a small dose I don't know who could fall asleep shortly after taking it.

2C-I and 2C-E are the best drugs to rip people off with. No one knows what they are, so you can sell someone 10mg of 2c-e for $25. For starters, they can't tell what it should look like, and they'll get some effects and think that they didn't get ripped off. Much better than selling fake coke or w/e.

Except depending on how you look at it selling 10mg of 2C-E for 25 bucks isn't ripping someone off, they are still getting 10mg of 2C-E, they know they are getting 2C-E, and 10mg will make someone trip. 25 bucks might be outragously high compared to what you get it for in bulk, but considering they can't get it anywhere else that's the way it is, supply and demand and you have a monopoly on local supply and you can charge whatever the fuck you want and people can either take it or leave it. Personally I wouldn't charge someone more than 20 bucks for a decent to high dose of any drug I could get cheap unless it already had an established street value that was higher.

2) I will admit I have not actually used 2C-I or 2C-E I was going by what the dosages of erowid and the like suggest. (though I am currently working on fixing that)

10mg is 2C-E still wouldn't do that much. You'd notice effects, and be a little amped, but I wouldn't pay $25 for it. $1 per mg is a nice street price, I've found.

Erowid have pansy dosages for most things, especially RCs and opiates.
