I'm a pathetic loser, what should I do?
I'm a 22 year old virgin whos never had a relationship before. I made out with a few girls when I was 14 but thats it, since then I've been a total loser. I spend most of my time on the internet, listening to music, playing computer games or masturbating(I masturbate like 4-5 times a day). When I do go out its to go to the mall or the store and stalk hot chicks. I usually follow them around for a while until they get in their car, then I follow them in my car until they get home. I haven't gone further than that but I've been thinking about breaking into their house and stealing some of their clothes. I'm pretty pathetic and it's going to get worse if I don't do something. I've tried talking to girls but my mind just goes blank because I'm so afraid. I feel so different than everyone else. It's not that I'm ugly or anything but I'm just really scared of talking to girls and people in general. Is there anything I can do to get over this fear? If I don't find a solution I'm going to end up being a serial killer or something. I really need help.

I myself was once much like you, but I decided I didn't wanna be a loser all my life... If I hadn't got myself together, I'd probably be like you now. I do refrain from stalking chicks though.
Anyways, all I did was simply get some style, with help from my sisters, got a nice tan, got my posture right, and started going out and drinking. Heck some time ago I even started working out, and all these things together have helped my confidence tremendously.
So do you have like no social life? Do you work or go to school?

Have a good think, and get a different perspective on life, think of what you want to do both now and in the future, clean up your self image, get some confidence and find yourself a girlfriend, just think of what you want to do, i mean fuck- i pretty much don't give a shit about myself, i just have a good perspective for other people, and i am clean and well mannered around every one else, it's not like i am being 2 faced, i just act different naturally around other people

ok i dont kno if u read this because of all the crap replies or what but if u do then here goes. it sounds like u got to start out somewere and my thoughts are that u need to build a foundation to work off of like if u have a job then find a girl ur not attracted to and star by talkin to her. it sould be easier because u dont need to impress her or anything. just get used to talkin to her and if u have friends which im not sure u never mentioned hang out with them more they'll usualy introduce you which gets u past the first step of meeting someone which is the hardest part. but from there just keeping talking to people. the root of the problem seems to be socially. when your ready tryin asking a girl out. if they say no then what have u lost. if the problem is stemed deeper take psychology itll help u learn bout people and hopefully to communicate with them. best of luck.

Fucking wake up, and reinvent yourself. You can do it. Change many things at once, not one-at-a-time. By that I mean start doing your college work, get a new haircut, get a new wardrobe, join a sports team or a club, and join whatever club/society interests you in your town.
Clean your fucking room, sort EVERYTHING out, no out-of-place things lying around.
Think of a person that you'd like to be - the way he looks, dresses, and acts.
And then ACT like that person. Pretend you're no longer yourself - you're playing the role of that person, and it doesn't matter what others may know / not know of you. Even your relatives. Talk like that person, walk like that person, dress like that person, act like that person. Not long afterwards you'll find that you ARE that person.
That's all there is to it. Follow my advice, DON'T FUCKING DELAY IT, do it tomorrow, today, and you'll win.
