Default How does the law work for unscheduled drugs?

The law says that for unscheduled drugs like viagra or tramadol you need a prescription for it. Yet somehow you are legally allowed to possess it regardless if you don't have a prescription. Only a verified physician is allowed to prescribe it.

So, can I possess it or not?
Can I consume them or not?
Can I sell them or not?

There is this website that sells body building and sexual unscheduled powders saying not for human consumption. I asked him if that was legal and if he talked to a lawyer and he said it was legal for him to sell unscheduled drugs as long as he sold them NOT for human consumption.

Don't mean to be an ass, but since I don't know the specific answer to this question, I can tell you its very easy to find out. There's a huge resource of Federal and State law information on the internet and I believe a few simple google searches and a little bit of looking could answer your question.

Tramadol is unscheduled but in the US it is prescription ONLY, meaning if you don't have a script your not allowed to posses or consume it. The penalities? i am not sure

Wow, so much ignorant comments here.

You are allowed to possess unscheduled drugs, even "rx only" drugs. In fact, the FDA says you are allowed to buy up to 3 months supplies of these from the internet! Just like how you can buy 3 month supply of prescriptions that you have from the internet.

To that one retard who said "if your source does it you can to." My source is international, dipshit, not American.

Analouge act? What the fuck? How does that apply to non scheduled drugs? These aren't analogues of sched 1+2 dumbass.
