Lets say I wanted to take back various medication from a third world country to a first world one through flight, Xannax/Aderall etc. In mild/moderate quantity, would I be pulled up for it? Third world pharmacies and stuff. Would they pull you up on one/a few pill containers in your toilet bag? Would dogs detect methamphetamine salts? etc.

Third world pharmacy scripts, or any other country perscriptions for that matter would not be valid in the United States regardless, so bribing a doctor is nothing more then a waste of money.

I've never had a problem bring a couple pill bottles back with me, I always took it on hand luggage though. Anybody ever asks, its for anxiety attacks or high blood pressure or migraines; be creative. Thousands of people do it daily, so unless your standing there with a bob Marley shirt on nervous as a motherfucker nobody's going to say anything to you. Always put it in a 'legit' pill bottle though, dont just be throwing pills in a ziploc.

I'm sure any trained dogs could very likely smell amphetamine salts. If the adderal isn't in a sealed medicine container I wouldn't even risk it.

Edit: As to taking advantage of the situation, if you can get oxycodone 80's or 40's. Or the IR (Instant Release) oxys. Dilaudids I think those are hydromorphone. I would shit my pants if I could get those. If not at least high dose hydrocodone or percocets. I'd sell adderall I'm not much of an amphetamine fan anymore. You can sell it to tweakers for damn good money though if you're a good business person.

As POC so kindly put it, the chances of your finding Adderall in a third world country is slim to none. Not only is Adderall expensive as shit but most 3rd worlds dont put much of an emphasis on the 'ADHD' and the like; weening out the number one reason why it is perscribed. Maybe you will find some ritalin, but why would you want it?

As for coming back: Rophynol, xanax, temazepam, valium(sooo cheap), klonopin, ketamine, oxycodone, morphine, etc.. Depends on what your looking for really....
