All you need is a hand grinder with a screen, grind the weed up and take out the screen, leaving the bud on it. Just hold a lighter/candle an inch or two below the screen and wait until vapor starts to rise, stop when your weed turns golden brown. You can cut the top off a pop bottle and use that to collect the smoke which is much easier than just putting your mouth over the top.
