Default Opinions on best torrent App with some detection protection

Gotta love that title!

Anyway, I have been and Azureus and Safepeer user for a long time but recently Safepeer stopped working in Ubuntu (and windows I think).

What does Totse do about torrenting with as much protection from being caught as is reasonable (outside of using a private tracker)?

I don't know much about safepeer, but I assume that it just blocks a range of ips from the peerguardian people. Moblock will do the same for you, and I think Azureus has an ip blocker built in anyways without safepeer.

I use Deluge with full stream and header encryption and with the blocklist plugin. It's native to GNU/Linux and runs a Python GUI with a C++ libtorrent backend.

If you're on Ubuntu, you can install it by clicking here. If you're not, you can install it by going here.

I don't know so much about the security side of torrenting, but I very much like Ktorrent. It supports encryption and blocking IP's.

I use ktorrent with all the plugins going, but there seems to be zero testing before releases. the stable version is obviously fine, but versions 3.x have just been a constant annoyance with memory leaks and crashes and the rest.

the current one, 3.1.4 seems to finally have it right though...
