I've been abusing benzos for about 2 years. I have had a lot of fun, worthwhile experiences on them. My friend noticed I was acting a bit retarded one night, and asked why, so I told him. Naturally he wanted to try some.

All doses are x2mg.

The first time he took some he took 2 ativan, had some fun, and functioned like a civilised human being. The second time was after he had been thrown out of college for failing some bullshit work placement, I gave him my entire stash (about 60 pills, mixed between clonopin and ativan) and left him in my car and went to the gym with another friend. I come out and the motherfucker is gone, with my car and house keys, and isn't answering his phone. I keep calling, at about 9 he announces he is in the fucking swimming pool in the gym. He can barely walk, but goes to his locker and gives me my keys after I ask about 10 times.

If you want to know what he was like, think a drunk guy, multiply the staggeriness by 10, add in a bad attitude, reduce the IQ to about 50 (no joke), and add in the inability to remember anything that happenned more than 5 seconds ago. Also big red motherfucking bloodshot eyes and redness under the eyes, don't ask me how he got them.

So I get my keys and go to see my landlord to move out - he swears at me like a motherfucker. I go get my other friend to witness the move out, then get my car. I should have left my asshole friend in the gym, but no, I go in and pick him up. He can't even put on his pants right. It takes half an hour for him to get dressed, with me swearing at him the whole time, by which time the gym is long closed. He tries to light a cigarette, for about 5 minutes. No I'm not exaggerating, I took video. No I'm not planning to post it, I don't know how.

So he wants to go to a fucking nightclub. I'm hungry so I go get a pizza. He is incapable of comprehending traffic on the road, he literally can't cross the street by himself. He stumbles at the door of the pizza shop, falls, and leaves. He stands outside, but is so stumbly I have to watch him so he doesn't walk out in front of a car. Then I say lets go back to your place to eat the pizza - he lives in some shitty student apartments cos he's too retarded to live on his own. I told his housemates he's drunk, they fuck off to a nightclub. I manage to get him logged into facebook, and he's eating pizza, I do a runner. He somehow hears the door slam after me, and he follows me outside. I'm like - WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!?!?! his apartment uses some wireless keyless RFID fob for entry and the fucker left that inside. I try to open a magnetic lock door by brute force, and end up shattering the glass inside it. So I do a runner, and he comes with me. I take him back to my place, but he won't sleep, he just wants to be an akward little wanker. I decide to go to the beach, because hey, he can't get into trouble there. Along the way he grabs more pills (2 Kpin) and starts to fight with me when I grab them and lock them in the glove compartment.

We get to the beach, that works out OK, the moon was out and it was really beautiful down there - I should have left him there, but instead I get soft and take him back to town and the cunt falls asleep in my car. I throw a blanket over him, and go to bed. The fucker bangs at my window at 5am, wants to go home, so I drive him down to the dingy student apartments and while he's banging on windows I drive off. He doesn't remember how he got in. He says he doesn't remember anything - the whole night, except parts of the beach.

I told him I wasn't responsible for his shit, like an off-license isn't responsible if someone drinks a bottle of vodka and drives home. He has a meeting monday about the broken window, I have no intention of admitting I broke it, fuck him.

So I'm posting here wondering exactly how much ativan it takes to fuck someone up this badly. I'm thinking 20mg at least, but wouldn't that put you under. At one point I was going to drive him to the hospital.

Also am I a bad friend? I put up with his shit and looked out for him all night, which was more than he ever did for me.

You should have, very well, drove him to the outskirts of town, and left him at some dingy bar, perhaps, for the lulz. :p

When I was receiving large prescriptions of benzos I was always generous with friends of mine, especially come refill time. Just had a tendency to forget that I was very tolerant to the things and these friends of mine weren't, so sometimes I failed to think twice about giving someone 10 mg of Klonopin like it was nothing more than a cigarette. Had to do my fair share of baby sitting here and there....

As far as your question as to how much Ativan it would take to do that...well, what was the ratio of Ativan-Klonopin in that stash you gave him? Because I'm willing to bet the Klonopin was a lot more responsible for that shit than the Ativan; although keep in mind the two of them work together. For someone non-tolerant though, and judging from your description of their actions, I would say some people could possibly get that sloppy from as little as 10 mg, though 15 or even 20 as you said is more likely in that kind of scenario.
