Default Can judge put me in jail with no hearing?

Well in June I went to jail for 2 or 3 days while awaiting sentencing for a pretty serious assault charge. I was looking at a 2nd degree felony but got it dropped to a misdemeanor assault with some plea bargaining. Well the judge put me on 6 months of probation and I also wasn't aloud to go to the school I was planning on starting because it's halfway across the country.

So about a month ago I really fucked up and got a prohibition (underage drinking) charge. That was on a saturday and that following monday I had a meeting with my PO, but I kinda didnt mention to him that I got arrested that weekend. So that Tuesday I went to court (different judge though) and my PO fond out and i got yelled at and the judge found out I lied and all that shit. So I got put on house arrest.

So my question is...... My PO told me the (original) judge wants to meet with me and talk to me about the whole situation because im on his probation, and he told me that the judge can still put me in jail if he wants to. But can he really just do that? Just say "put him in jail" and have it done? Especially after already serving half of my house arrest sentence?

You violated the terms of your probation; that alone is enough to jail you (how long, I don't know). Because you violated the terms of your plea bargain, you may be subject to resentencing under the real punishments for your crime, not the slap on the wrist you got for being young/a first offender/for pleading down, etc.

You're an idiot, by the way. You should have just drank at home.

P.S.: I hope you enjoy your new occupation as a jailhouse "girlfriend."

Yep, you truly are a godforsaken moron. You were on probation and you got caught? You dumb fuck. The judge can do whatever he likes with this as an excuse. You fucked yourself over because you are an alcoholic, good for nothing, trouble making, uneducated, clown. People like you make me laugh and sick at the same time.

How could you have been so stupid? How can anyone with half a brain be so stupid to break plea bargain rules on their probation? WTF ARE YOU THINKING! I hope the judge throws you in the deepest, darkest shithole of a correctional facility he can find and you rot for a year or 3/4. Stupid asses deserve to get caught and be beaten to shit. How do you pretend to life on like this? Being so stupid I mean you moron? Like your own life doesn't even matter to you? Is that all your worth? Being a dumb, unknowing, piece of shit that gets into trouble all the time?

Get your act together for gods sake you dummy.

How can you say that shit? You feel like you know me well enough by reading one of my posts to say all that? First of all I'm nowhere near an alcoholic and never was. Before that night I hadn't drank in months and even then I was only drinking maybe once a month socially.

I realize it was idiotic of me to fuck up like that. I had 1 FUCKING BEER that night and even admitted that to the cop right off the bat and he almost just let me drive home for being honest.

I'm not the "troublemaking, uneducated clown" you think I am. I realize I may have sounded that way from my post but prior to my assault charge (which I'm not even going to get into) I've never been in any sort of trouble with the law. So the next time you go around being the douchebag to everyone else like I assume you are, think about how well and how much you know that person you dumb fuck.

You're saying I have a mouth? You obviously didn't read the post I was replying to. I started this thread so I could get another perspective and maybe some answers not to be criticized. I know what I did was wrong, but I didn't start this thread to hear other people tell me that.
