actually i used to be like that when i hit puberty. but after a long while of stretching, it now retracts normally. usually the problem isnt the entire foreskin, just one particular "ring".

Seriously, I would just do it by region, that way you'll look "normal" to the girls you have to interact with. Uncut would be odd or different in the states, while in Europe uncut maybe look odd or different. As for sensitivity, there are upsides to either option. Thats actually a real reason why they started doing it in America during WW2. Was in the exact same boat. Stretching is bullshit. It hurts like tits and takes forever.

So yeah, I went to get it cut. Pretty interesting experience.

Getting it cut was painless. I was put to sleep, and even for a while after, I could not feel anything (with most surgeries)

It will be so incredibly sensitive for the next few weeks, you won't be able to move without your testicles and pubic hairs touching it and making you shoot through the roof. It eventually get tougher, and you feel less and less.
