I got given a 50mcg fentanyl patch.

I have worn a 25mcg patch with some effect, but nothing too strong.

I want to be really safe when using this drug, but I am not sure that wearing the patch will work for me... plus, if it does, I don't want to be high for 3 days.

The patch is very small and isn't like others I have seen, no apparent gel to be extracted.

How the hell do I properly use this patch without hurting myself.

When I want to be high on other opiates I take around 15mg of oxy or 30mg of morphine (just to let you know my general tolerance)

I have no idea what to do with this patch... I am open to suggestions.

You have a gel-less generic Mylan.

You should sell it and spend your money on morphine or oxy.

Yeah I just opened it up to make sure and it is as thin as paper and about 2 inches long 1 inch across.

I really like the look of it though. with the peel off sides so you can do half at a time... very good for harm reduction if you ask me.

^ It is good for that for people who use this type of thing properly.

Now the gel ones....we'd cut em up and stick em in our lips (like chewing tobacco) back in high school. They were a-ok by me.

I have effectively used this method for the myland patches. i cut a 50mcg/hr patch in half, fold in over so there are double sided outward facing adhesive and place it in between my gum, before long im fucked
