 24mg of hydromorphone
I have three 8mg Dilaudid pills, and I want to inject them. What;s a good dose? My tolerance would probably be pretty low (haven't done strong opiates in a while but have injected D's once before).
I'm rusty at injection, any good guides? I seem to have trouble finding veins (nurses do to). If I find them, I can't draw blood, so I can't get in right.
My girlfriend wants to do some too, not injected, but she seems to get extra nauseous from opiates, to the point where she can't enjoy them at all. She really likes the feeling but the pain is just too much. Any ideas on how to reduce this?
BTW, the nausea she experiences is beyond normal ope nausia.
I think she's only gotten it from codeine ketones before, from oxycodone. Would the fact that hydromorphone is a morphine ketone make a difference?

tolerance is low, start at 6mgs. make a day out of it, knock out all 24...
IMO HM isn't really nauseating, even when your spiking it. she should be alright. out of curiousity how much did you boot last time, that'd be a good starting point generally...

HM is still pretty fun insufflated so i would have your GF do that, if your willing to use a pokey you will enjoy the rush from it if you can successfully hit a vein and administer about 6-8mg

With a sort of low tollerence I would suggest loading 6 mgs and push in 3/4 and based on how you feel the rest. Don't keep redosing to try to get the rush as dillies don't have much of a good high after the rush but the effects on you'r breathing are still very real. |
