And i'd wait at least 24 hours from your last dose of it, however, i can't think of any reason there would be any life threatening effects if you took it now.

Yea, you have to wait about 24 hours after taking suboxone to be able to take another opiate and get it's full effects. And to Illuvatar, it's not that it's dangerous, it's just that the way that buprenorphine works on your opiate receptors, it makes other opiates (except for a few) inactive because bupe pretty much "clogs" up all your receptors not allowing anything else in. But yea, 24 hours would be the best, but I'm pretty sure I've heard people say that 8 hours should be fine.

EDIT: Oh yea, bupe and tramadol makes a nice combo. Buprenorphine doesn't make tramadol ineffective so it enhances the bupe I think.

if i were you i'd wait 72 hours...
