Are these campus cops ACTUAL cops or peace officers? I seriously doubt you can go to jail after the fact, if you were going to go to jail they would have done it right then and there.

Who gives a fuck about college, you should be worried about a felony conviction. If its your first offense, then youll most likely just get probation. If you have any record though, you will go to jail.

Now all there is left to do is damage control, I would suggest looking into a lawyer while you wait for them to serve you, try to get something worked out that would have you not going to jail, mandatory drug counseling, probation, and probably a few hundred hours of community service...

Don't be shocked when your Saturdays for the next year and a half are spent on the side of an freeway picking up trash... I did that for one day to get out of a traffic ticket... It is shitty, but if your on the road crew you do less than the people back at the recycling center. Sit around smoking cigarettes for like an hour, get on the bus, go to a gas station to get some food and smoke some more cigarettes, get out on the road, pick up trash for like 5 hours, go out to lunch with the rest of the probationers...

Also i hear the fire department is one of the better places, animal shelter is another option if you don't mind cleaning up dog shit... at the fire department you wash firetrucks and then sit around from what i heard...

I really doubt you will get away with just that...was there anything confiscated that would cause the police to think you were dealing? Those are some really serious charges...and they will get you. This kind of stuff doesn't "fall through the cracks" or get passed over. Hard narcotics on a college campus will land you jail time/not going back to that college.

thats pretty common if the 2.5 on campus busts you, i mean "peace officer" er whatever the fuck they're called these days. depends on the school too, private uni's are more lenient than public ones...
