So i got s script of 20 50mg Ultram.......it costs 17 bucks to fill the damn thing, my question is it even worth the 17 bucks?

It all depends on the person but I think if you take 500mg you should be feeling pretty good. It tapers off but it lasts about 8 hours. It's not bad if it's what you got. You'll have two days of dosing.

When taking trams I think it's alot better to bump it up rather than just taking a whole dose at once. I've taken a large dose in just one go and the back of my head burned like fire for a few hours.

Take 200, 20-30 mins later take 100-200 more. About 20 mins later bump it again. I wouldnt bother going past 600 but 500-600mg will make you feel pretty good for about 6-8hrs.

nah, you wont buzz of the tramadol. But 150-200mg will get you nice and fuzzy.
