what is the best way i can do this without going to jail? If i fight him, im sure he will turn me in, same with pretty much anything, knife, knucks, etc

should i get some people to do it for me or what.. or should i hit him with night as my cover..

Well an elbow to the temple is supposted to do wonders, small scale concussion type of thing. ONLY THE ELBOW, the bones in the elbow are ususaly stronger than or as strong as that of the skull, but you hand is not. If you try to use your hand you will likely break it.
