I noticed the old thread was locked, but I think there should still be a thread where we can tell our various carshopping experiences/ stories. I'll start.

I just started carshopping the other night. I didn't expect to get much, but I was surprised when I actually got some good loot. I pulled around $8 in change, set of golf clubs, tomtom navigation system, and a half-eaten bag of powdered donettes =)

Just wondering if there are any people on here that still do this?

I went carshopping a few days ago actually. The salesman was a downright twat but I still managed to snag an awesome deal on a new Holden ute.

No fucking way, there's a good chance the last person eating them was some dirty disgusting person who had their hands rubbing all over the other half of the donuts. If I wanted free food I'd steal it from the store.

ha yea, well i was hungry and they came from a car that was pretty new and really clean on the inside. I figured they were okay even the bag was rolled up all nice like.
Plus they were hostess, you cant turn that shit down.

I parked a couple blocks away, and carried the golf clubs back to my car.
It looked hella sketchy at like 1am and here I am carrying a set of golf clubs down the street lol but no one saw me. the streets were deserted

Bunch of little fucking kids. Once me and my friend were in Buda and we ran up in this chicks van in front of her house. We ended getting a pile of random crap we just grabbed out of her car, then we get back to my car, and realize its nothing but useless papers and crappy CD's. We drove back by her house and threw all her shit on her front lawn and honked the horn. lulz.
