Eh, well depends on how much he took. A few times I took 2000mg of Guaifenesin, but once I took about 2400mg and puked pretty hardcore. So he's probably gonna throw up. If you're worried about him being suspicious because he's throwing up, just make sure he gets to the bathroom as soon as he starts feeling nauseous and he should be fine.
