So I went through some old threads about mailing things across the US. Apparently USPS doesnt check normal envelops? If someone were to put in a lemon bar or a cookie aswell would it make things more suspicious?

My uncle works for USPS, he says that the only human contact your mail sees is the guy actually putting it in the mailbox. Use a fake return just incase though. You're fine.

To mail more, just get a small bubble envelope and pack it with papers and board to weigh it down and tape the pills inside.

I doubt anyone is going to dust fingerprints or test DNA for <1oz.

Buy a cheap DVD or PS2/Xbox game and lay all the pills flat in a plastic bag, tape that to piece of cardboard and put it in there behind the booklet that it came with.
