If your not prone to seizures you won't have a problem, I have taken like 500mg before with no problem, but it was no better than just taking 100mg anyway.

Yeah, like I said I used to take up to 1000mg a day without any problems, couple of 100 in the morning then another few 100 early afternoon, and another 100 or so at night. The high only lasts around 3 or 4 hours anyway.

Some month ago I drank some cough syrup with ethylmorphine in it. (ethyl version of codeine basically) and I was high for like 20hours with a VERY pleasant comedown(I love the opi-itch)

The Tramadol itself doesnt bind to any opite receptors at all, only the metabolite of Tramadol does, and that metabolite doesnt cross the bloodbrainbarrier very well.
And the more tramadol you take, the higher the tramadol-to-metabolite ratio becomes, that is it becomes harder for the metabolite to enter the brain.

Tramadol isn't the most amazing drug, but if other opes aren't available and that's what yer looking for, then it's not too bad. I've never done it in HUGE amounts, but from what I've done it just makes me relaxed and a little happier I guess.

I can get ten tramadol pills for five bucks. Sometimes twenty pills for five. I'm thinking there might be some money to be made in this. I'm the only person that this one guy sells it to. He's kinda dumb so I'm thinking I'm getting a great deal and I can sell them. How much should I charge per pill? When people ask me how many they need to take for an optimal high, what should I say? He also gave me some orangeish-yellow tramadol and said they were different. Like they're for back pain or something. Does anyone know the difference?

That's the business. Now the health. Is there any reason not to take say five pills at the same time? I'm on an SSRI. I know it makes me more likely to have a seizure, if I mix it with the tramadol. Is there anything else to worry about when combining them? What about combining tramadol and alcohol? And if I take some in the morning should I skip the SSRI for the day or maybe take it for my comedown?

Can it be tested for or present false positives?

And finally are there any notable longterm side effects?

What type do you get? I usually have the 200mg XR and don't break it up, I just pop it. I usually smoke a bit of weed too.

Perhaps I am just lucky, but they do last a long time.

My best experiences with it are when I just pop 50mg. I get a fuzzy feeling, almost like a pre-nod (albeit not even remotely as strong, but still where you wanna just close your eyes and enjoy the fuzziness). I never noticed anything better with more. Never had problems with seizures either.

I've only really taken them recently for being sore from work, which it works pretty well for. Soreness gone within ten minutes.

Take 100mg or so of Tramadol along with a low to moderate dose of Oxy. The Tramadol will potetiate the Oxy well and make the high last MUCH Longer.

or take 200 or so mg of Tramadol alone and youll be feeling pretty good for a while.

I fucking love Tramadol. Last time I had it, I took 4 of those 37.5 Tramadols and I was feeling great from 8 AM to 4 PM. General mood lift, euphoria...I just felt fucking great. Best part of all was I could walk around and do stuff with ease, and people had no idea. ;)

however, i just did 4mg of buprenorphine, its a alternative to H for people trying to recover (im taking it out of curiosity, im not addicted)

Really all you have to do is go to the pharmacy at your local grocery store and ask the pharmacist. As long you're polite and make it seem like you're just asking out of curiosity or because you're concerned for your friend they'll be happy to help you.
