Dude claimed theyre smack-based, REALLY good rolls. Didnt make sense to me since herion orally isnt too effective. Anyone know if theyre any good, tweeky or anything? A homie came up on a bundle for 3 bucks a pop. About average? Any firsthand appreciated.
