So basically every day I look high, although I don't do drugs. How do I stop this?

Usually it's hereditary and happens as a result of thin skin under your eyes that lets the underlying blood vessels peek through. There is little you can do short of getting lots of sleep, drinking enough water, and avoiding rubbing your eyes. There is a surgical method of removing them (fat injections under the eye to prevent blood vessels showing through), or you could try a topical under-eye circle product, but usually there's next to nothing you can do about it.

For the coloration, you need to get more rest. For a quick fix, use hemmorhoid cream (preparation H) and makeup.

You can put raw potato slices on them for about 15 minutes. Potatoes contain an enzyme that is used in cosmetics to lighten skin. It can be very effective.

While these conditions are occasionally symptomatic of other illnesses, the usual cause is allergies, tiredness, or, unfortunately, heredity. Schedule a blood test with your physician, establish whether or not this condition runs in your family. Identify allergens.
Allergies may be the most common cause of skin discoloration under the eyes. Get plenty of sleep nightly. Treat your skin while you sleep, there are overnight facial masques available that may help reduce the appearance of puffiness or discoloration, but you can also make your own, A washcloth soaked under the tap with cold water - squeeze all excess water out and place over your eyes during sleep. Applying cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily will also help. Apply an eye cream containing vitamin K and retinol. Avoid rubbing your eyes - Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water.
Quit smoking. Reduce Salt intake. Cover the problem up with cosmetics. Maybe you would have got better replies in Reivent Yourself. Anyways, hope this helps dude.
