my buddy got worked off 2 noddin to sleep and shit. he has a decent ope tolerance two. opana ftw. i cant remember if he ate or snorted them pretty sure the latter.

Hell yeah, Opanas are good. Don't think you can shoot it without some process, but snorting it works pretty fucking well. Don't eat it whatever you do, a complete waste. Orals around 10 percent, snortings like 40- 50 percent.

Eat a full meal, then take an anti-emetic... like Phenergan or Compazine...
30 minutes after your meal and the anti-emetic...
snort your Opana(oxymorphone)

I guarantee that if you can handle 100mg or more of Oxycodone (oral or insufflated) that snorting 10mg of the Oxymorphone will equal anywhere from 60mg Oxycodone to a possible 100mg Oxycodone...

I know many people who have HUGE tolerances to Oxycodone... they need to snort or inject many hundreds of milligrams of Oxycodone...

They SWEAR by snorting the Opana in place of Oxycodone...

For the FIRST TIME SNORTING OPANA I recommend crushing up a 20mg ER VERY FINE, then making it into 4 lines of 5 mg each line...
Do each 5mg line with a few minutes apart. I guarantee the 20mg Opana ER snorted with a full meal and the anti-emetic will feel like 160mg-200mg Oxycodone. It is VERY HARSH on your stomach, it can make people with iron stomach's vomit or have a bad stomach ache which will take away from your pain relief and/or euphoria...

TAKE something for your stomach after your meal and BEFORE you snort the Opana. Phenergan, Tigan, Compazine...

Also be VERY CAREFUL, it is WAY WAY WAY STRONGER than OXYCODONE...
Once you snort the Opana you will have SUCH a HIGH tolerance to Oxycodone...
After just a few sessions of snorting Opana you will now need 200-300mg Oxycodone to FEEL THE SAME WAY off of 20mg Opana.

DO NOT SNORT OPANA(OXYMORPHONE) UNLESS YOU ARE VERY VERY OPIATE TOLERANT, AS IN HIGH DOSES OF OXYCODONE, HYDROMORPHONE, OR FENTANYL.
