Leonotis leonurus (wild dagga) tea
So my friend has a shitload Leonotis leonurus growing in his back yard. We've smoked quite a bit of it when it gets dry around here, its not too bad. I can see why people use it as a weed substitute.
But anyways, he told me that he once made a tea using a few clusters of flowers, and said the high was similiar to that of a good vicodin dosage. I didn't believe him, so he told me to try it myself and gave me like 15 clusters of flowers... Thats a shitload :D he must have given me like 300 flowers
So I made the tea and Im boiling it down to a shot as we speak. Has anyone ever tried this? Erowid + interwebz didnt have much info on the tea.
Edit: just took it, holy FUCK was that shit nasty. I barely managed to keep myself for vomiting... I'll keep you guys informed on the effects.

Re: Leonotis leonurus (wild dagga) tea
Considering it is an irreversible enzyme inhibitor, i wouldn't fuck with it.
Also, by boiling it to reduce it, you reduced some of its effect.
What little i read regarding its action on the activity of creatine kinase, makes me not want to do it recreationally, when i smoked the flowers(6-7 bowls(out of an absolutely clean pipe)) i found the effect to be best described as an unimpressive short and speedy Marijuana like come up.
