I, personally like the kind of rap that goes more into deeper subjects. like politics, war, stuff like that. the only problem is, the only rap that ever comes close to these subjects is underground rap. the only rap that makes it big is the rap that talks about clubs, cars, drinks, and bitches.

i hate rap that goes into deeper subjects. the only rap i really enjoy is Eminem. he's like a bob dylan with a shitty early life, almost exactly.

I don't like rap that doesn't have a fucking DJ.

Seriously, a rapper w/o a DJ is like a metal band without guitars, you can do it, but it just sounds like a fist full of suck.

I like both depending on my mood.

I don't wanna listen to some cunt rap about deep subjects that I don't give a fuck about when I'm drinking and getting ready to go out. I wanna listen to a bunch of niggers rappin' bout getting fucked up and fucking bitches and fucking shit up.

If I'm in a chill mood I don't mind a little bit of Common or Lupe for something different.

this is a point i wanted to bring up. there are certain rappers that like to listen to while i'm partying. 'lil whyte, tech n9ne, twiztid. i don't like listening to the deeper shit when i'm getting y drink on

Most mainstream rap blows, we all know this. However you can't say that and then list a string of horrible white rappers. It's not how it works.
