Ok, so me and a friend are going to make some green dragon for New Years 09 and i suggested making it with ethanol, now i am wondering, can drinkable Ethanol be bought in Australia? if not what would you suggest i use? i live in Australia so i can't use Everclear we were thinking of mixing the green dragon with redbull or another energy drink, good idea?

use the highest proof alcohol you can find, and yea you can mix it, i'd suggest something bold to keep the pot taste in check. but anything 100 proof or higher would do..

Thanks, we were trying to get some ideas of what alchol to use, does it matter? we were thinking Absinthe, that's like 80% would that work, i would just imagine it would go super dark

any high proof liquor would do. there's gotta be a high proof vodka in Australia..

Just go to the liquor store and ask "what is the highest proof stuff you have?" i would doubt that they dont have some type of grain alcohol...

The more alcohol you have in it the stronger you can make it...
