I need a program to create beats, music, and mix all in one. I was thinking something along the lines of EJay. Any others that are good and easy to use?

Hm, you might want to elaborate on what your trying to do, what kind of music are you trying to put over the drum beats? I use Fl studio to make realistic metal drum beats, and then just export them to protools. I suggest FL studio XXL producers edition, you can find a torrent of it somewhere.
But, someone else might know a better program for your situation.

Audacity is a program used to record guitar, vocals, bass guitar, keyboard ect. Basically outer components that can be plugged into your computer and recorded.
