Tomorrow will be the first time I've ever taken any opioid. I have a generic 7.5 mg hydrocodone (with 500 mg APAP) and a whole bottle of Tussionex (which pretty much sucks as far as hydrocodone goes.) I'll most likely take the 7.5 first, should I add some Tussionex on top? Keep in mind that the Tussionex contains hydrocodone polistrex and chlorphenamine (CCCs uggggh.) Can/should hydro bitartrate and polistrex be taken together or should I space out the dose? Or, since it's my first time, would I be better off starting out with the shittier Tussionex experience and then "upgrading" to the regular hydro at whatever later time? What type of activities should I do? Any certain kind of music or movies I should try to get my hands on? I could probably smoke some weed on top of it, but I honestly think I just want to keep this day strictly hydrocodone. Keeping in mind that I've never taken ANY painkiller in my life, and have NO tolerance whatsoever, what dosage should I be aiming for? Also, I understand daily intake of chlorphenamine should not exceed 24 mg, correct? (24 mg = the amount in 3 standard Tussionex doses.)

Dont stress about it. take no more than 30mg but any amount will produce some effects. smoke weed if you want, dont if you dont.

Im not sure what the limit is for tussonex but it wont feel any different from the pills. it might potenate a little though so you can scale your dose down a little bit.

If I read that right and you only have 7.5mg of hydro you probably wont feel much more then a slight buzz. Smoke a bowl with it, that'll probably just make you feel really relaxed (which is a good thing).

I'm pretty sure that hydrocodone polistirex is extended release. I would take at least 15 mg of the polistirex and then your 7.5 pill. I can't say how the time release will effect it...but it should at least add something to the 7.5 dosage...cause that by itself is pretty weak if you trying to get a good buzz...even for a first time.

Are you serious? Take the hydrocodone, and throw it in the toilet. Take the tuss, and drink 2 oz. of it.

^^or he could take the pill and then drink the syrup? crazy revolutionary idea i know, but it may just be possible that the pill will actually contribute to the syrup.

The Syrup is just as good as the pills. Who ever said it isn't has never had it before. That stuff can fuck you up

I generally followed this last time I did hydrocodone and it was nice (didn't get the times right, wasn't paying attention), but overall it was amazing.

Or, if you don't have that stuff, crush your pill up and down it with some milk, and drink as much syrup as your comfortable with.
