Go to a headshop and get a dickie, although they are referenced as oil burners if you have to ask where they are. If you spot 'em out yourself just point to the one you have and its yours, no questions asked.

If you can't get a dickie, you can make a ghetto one very easily, which'll work 10x better than a lightbulb one will.

Take a test tube, or glass case that small cigars come in, heat the end evenly with a torch lighter(butane is fine), and when it starts getting really hot, blow into it hard, but slow, so that the end kinda expands, and starts creating a bubble. Take the heat off after a bit, and stop blowing. If it doesn't look round enough, repeat the process, and make it a little bigger, but beware, the glass is now getting thinner so you have to be careful. After the first or second time getting the bubble shape at the end, wait for it to be fully cooled, and then reheat it again, but this time focus the heat in one spot, and blow in till that spot 'bursts,' and you'll have your carb. Let it cool, and the edges around the hole will probably be sharp, so heat up the edges of the hole to round 'em off, and let cool again. You are now good to go.
