Here is my situation.

Met this girl at the bar I work at and went out to a 4 AM bar after my bar closed. Hung out there and talked a lot and we both got really drunk and end up taking a cab back to the bar i work at. I have the key there so we go inside and start taking a few shots in the dark and then after a while we end up fucking on a pool table all night. We sleep there and I take her home and we exchange numbers and things are cool. Two days later she calls me and asks what im doing and I invited her to come and drink with my friends and I at a bar and she said yes. So i go and pick her up (she lives like 20 min away) and drive back to where I live. So we are sitting drinking and talking and really hitting it off real well and end up making out a little bit at the bar and then decide to go to another bar, and this is where shit hits the fan for me. I got pulled over and got a dui and get arrested and go to jail not passing go and my car being towed. She ended up walking the bar to meet her friends (which is why we were going there and it was like a 2 mile walk at night by herself, cops were dicks.) but ended up taking a cab home while i rotted in prison lol.

I am going to beat the DUI cause i refused everything, but I mean if you were a girl wtf would you think about that?

I talked to her once since this happened like 4 days ago, and I tried calling her today but no answer, is she ignoring me?

Not trying to be a dick...but, you've been around her twice, both times getting rip-faced and now you get a DUI. I'd probably think you were a big drunk.

Well to be fair so was she and she was more drunk than I was.

Plus this was the first time i have ever been arrested for anything ever, and she knows that.

I understand and this could happen to anyone, but from her limited perspective, it could look kinda bad. If you really like her, try taking her out on a regular date. If she's just a good fuck, keep up what you're doin, since what she thinks of you may not really matter and if she never responds, oh well, there are other good fucks right around the corner.

No my dad is a lawyer and he said i made all the right moves and I will be fine. It will just cost like 1000 dollars for another lawyer though which will suck.
