Is this a real drug? Neither erowid or google comes up with anything. The spelling could be off i guess, but any suggestions? It supposedly produces a relaxing/zonked out effect.

This is the closest I could find. It is a sedative...other than being a deadly poison. Way easy to get too. Probably not what you're talking about.

yea it was...and there was a caution about eating too much...but that wasn't the chemical you were after in the potato...it was something else.

No, that WAS the chemical you were after. It was supposed to combine with the other chemicals you took in as a cocktail (Caffeine, DL-Phen, etc) to produce Levodopa, and there you have it.
