does anybody know the solubility of DOC in water and ethanol?

If you have a given amount of solute (DOC powder), why not measure and add solvent (water/ethanol) a little bit at a time (.5-1ml) with vigorous stirring and see how much it takes to dissolve a given amount of solute. Post results.

the thing is I don't have a mg scale
I am trying to get accurate dosing without a mg scale
cuban do you know how many mg's of doc can be dissolved in one ml of ethanol? |

Unless you know the *exact* weight of the powder right now, be very careful. Some RC sources ship considerably more product than what you pay for. Ive gotten ~50% more product than what I ordered with some sources. You don't exactly want to unintentionally get that much more DO(X) in someone's system, could end badly. A .1 or a .01g scale can give you a range at least, if that's all you have.
