Better Living Through Chemistry Discussions of any and all sorts of mind-warping chemicals, pills, booze, mind machines, trippy stuff, current street prices, importing pharmaceuticals, smart drugs, nutrients, herbs, and altered states. Please try to keep your conversations "theoretical" in nature, since this is an open conference.

Inner Paths to Outer Space: Journeys to Alien Worlds through Psychedelics and Other Spiritual Technologies,
published in May 2008

I'm not sure how I missed the release of the book, having followed the production of The Spirit Molecule documentary so closely, including a short email exchange with the producer, Mitch Schultz. Dr. Strassman made it clear in The Spirit Molecule that in order to maintain scientific credibility, he couldn't really get into his beliefs of psychedelics, buddhism, and spiritualism, although he did write a small summary of some of his ideas. I ordered this to my local college town bookstore, which, in a twist of dramatic irony, is named, "The Rabbit Hole."

Stupid Noob, I'm reminded of your 2012 DMT thread.

Not sure if this belongs in printed matter, but I would rather spark a discussion about the ideas in the book, rather than the book itself. Ideas such as alien worlds, time and space travel.
