This guy I know broke into a locksmith
The guy I know smashed the window, didn't actually pick the lock. Pretty ironic, but would've been more ironic if he had have actually picked the lock.

It would have only been ironic if he picked the lock, though he didn't so there is no irony at all. Maybe if he broke into a security office or something like that...
